J2EE/Java Developers

-          2-3 years of experience in developing software solutions

-          Good understanding on the overall IT architecture

-          Ability to work independently and find creative solutions

-          Formal education in Information Technology and IT processes

-          Strong understanding on Application Server s, RDBMS systems, Multi-tier software development, Web                   services etc,

-          Knowledge on the fundamentals of software developments

-           

-          Extensive knowledge and application of Java best practices and J2EE design patterns along with                         experience with any J2EE container/application server  (i.e. Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Glassfish etc.), 

-          Good knowledge in popular RDBMS databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)

-          Knowledge on technologies such as Enterprise Beans,Web Services, ESB and JMS, Spring/Hibernate,                   JDBC, JMX

-          Knowledge on securing Java applications

-          Knowledge on XML,XSD, Parsers

-          UML documentations

 

.Net/ Visual Studio developers

-          2-3 years experience in developing software solutions including user Interface development

-          Attention to details

-          Ability to work independently and device creative solutions

-          Formal education in Information Technology/ IT processes

-          Strong understanding on Web services, AJAX, Application servers,  Multi-tier software development

-          Proficient in technologies such as Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSL, XSLT, Xpath, XSL-FO, XPointer, DTD,               XML  Schema, CSS, DOM, HTML, AJAX and JavaScript.

-          Knowledge on .NET application deployment architecture with special focus on C#.Net, and VB.NET
